MOSCOW Derek Rivers Jersey , July 10 (Xinhua) -- Russia's sherpa of the Group of 20(G20) Svetlana Lukash said here on Monday that the G20's structuralreforms in various areas are a long-term task.

The 2014 G20 Brisbane summit set a goal of lifting the G20'sGross Domestic Product (GDP) by two percent by 2018, and G20 membercountries have been implementing a series of structural reforms inthe areas of investment, trade, employment, competitiveness, macroeconomic policies and so on, Lukash said in responding to aquestion raised by Xinhua at a press conference on Russia'sachievements at the G20 Hamburg summit.

Some institutions doubt whether the G20 can achieve this goal, she said. Yet she believed structural reforms are a long-term taskand that their effects won't appear until two or three yearslater.

G20 members will continue to work together and coordinatemacroeconomic policies to ensure sustainable development, shesaid.

Founded in 1999, the G20 has become an effective multilateralmechanism to jointly tackle global problems after the financialcrisis starting in 2008. The 12th summit meeting of the G20 washeld on July 7-8 in the city of Hamburg, Germany. Enditem

HAMBURG, Germany, July 7 (Xinhua) -- The leaders of the G20 vowed on Friday to enhance cooperation to fight against terrorism and its financing after the working sessions on the first day of G20 Summit in Hamburg.

According to the statement released Friday, the heads of state of the 20 largest industrialized and developing nations which account for around 85 percent of the global gross product reaffirmed that all measures on countering terrorism need to be implemented in accordance with the United Nations (UN) Charter and all obligations under international law.

Specifically, the leaders agreed on more swift and targeted exchanges of information as well as making full use of relevant information sharing mechanisms, in particular INTERPOL's information sharing-functions.

Regarding the financing of terrorism, the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to tackle all sources, techniques and channels of terrorist financing, calling for swift and effective implementation of UN Security Council Resolutions and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards worldwide, strengthening measures against the financing of international terrorist organizations.

In addition to terrorism issues, G20 Summit under the German Presidency kicked off Friday with discussions on global economic growth, trade and climate change, and will continue with focus on partnership with Africa, migration and health on Saturday, followed by release of communique.

BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- China's housing authority has endorsed a pilot joint ownership housing scheme in Beijing and Shanghai, as part of government efforts to stabilize the property market.

The scheme aims to provide affordable housing to households that have difficulties in purchasing a home and push supply-side reform in the housing sector, said a notice issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

The notice said that the scheme should be in line with the view of central authorities that "houses are built to be lived in, not for speculation."

According to a document published by Beijing local authorities, individual buyers will be able to buy homes with property rights to be shared by the government and buyers.

The government offers support in areas such as land prices and policy while holding a share of the property rights, and buyers must pay a share of the price according to their share of the property rights. The buyers will enjoy the same rights in household registration and children's schooling as other home owners.

The policy has several restrictions, including that buyers and their families cannot already own homes, single people making purchases must be at least 30 years old, and a family can only apply for one home.

A total of 250,000 such homes will be provided in Beijing over the next five years. In Shanghai, 89,000 such homes had been provided by the end of last year.

The experiences of the two cities will be copied and expanded to other major cities, the notice said.

For a long time, soaring property prices have put city dwellers under pressure, making housing affordability a growing problem for policy makers, prompting measures to stabilize prices and curb speculation.

For characters that can deflect blaster bolts with their deathsticks without even looking, Sith Lords seem to be rather obtuse when it comes to traps. It's quite silly really. But the SWTOR Smuggler Class is going to give the sith a run for their money.

From a lore perspective, it is my understanding that the common Jedi isn't nearly as powerful or strong in the force as Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Anikan, Yoda or Luke who were all prodigies of their time. In addition, the Jedi training program 3000 years from now will probably be much better then the one in place when the game is set.

Game mechanics need to trump lore when it comes to game balance. Otherwise the game just isn't as interesting. If the cost of playing the character that we want is to risk being under powered to the point of uselessness, then the game isn't worth playing.

Vader would be a unique example because he was so powerful. It.
